Prepayment and Cancellation Policies

Wonderfulday allows suppliers to choose between different advance payment and cancellation policies. The policy appears with each individual supplier and must be accepted at the time of booking.
  • You can always cancel your booking within 48 hours and get the full amount refunded, but always no later than 7 days before the booking.
  • After 48 hours, the cancellation policy specified at the time of booking is followed.
  • Cancellations can be made via the platform or by contacting Wonderfulday.
  • The cancellation policy can be overridden in certain cases with extenuating circumstances or in case of breach of Wonderfulday trading conditions.
  • If you have any questions about the cancellation policy, it is recommended that you first check with the supplier or Wondenrfulday prior to your booking.

For a refund of the rate 2, the cancellation must be made at least 7 days before the time of the event.

Example: If the time of the event is December 1, 4:00 PM, then the cancellation must be made before November 24, 4:00 PM

Delivery date

If you cancel less than 7 full days before the event, the amount will not be refunded.
